Yes, the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit # C16418-104 will fit your 2015 Silverado 2500 Short bed. It is compatible with all standard fifth wheel hitches.
For short bed applications, I would also recommend using a sliding Fifth Wheel to provide better maneuverability. # C16541 is a great example in the 20k range, but be sure to match the Fifth Wheel you choose to your specific towing needs.
