Can the Firestone Vehicle Suspension for the 2012 F-150 by Ford be installed with the Under-Bed Rail and Installation Kit for Reese Elite Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches Supercrew with 5.5 ft box?

Expert Reply:
According to Firestone, the # F2525 is not compatible with a fifth wheel hitch.
Their # F2542 had been tested with the B&W hitches, but not with anything from Reese. Because the F2542 mounts to the outside of the frame rail, I believe the install brackets for the Elite Series would interfere with the install of the airbag kit.
Going with a Timbren system like # TFR1502D for 2WD or # TFR1504D for 4WD would be compatible, as they replace the factory jounce stop on the bottom of the frame member.
