Question:

Just installed this hitch on my 2019 Honda Passport Only problem is the power lift gate will not work with the kick action

The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76290 is indeed confirmed to fit your 2019 Honda Passport. However, it does state that the hitch may interfere with the Hands-free Liftgate sensors and functionality may be very limited or possibly lost. The same is true for the Curt hitch # C13421 - the only other hitch that fits your Passport.

While we haven't had the chance to install either hitch, we've found that on vehicles with the Hands-free Liftgate feature, sometimes you have to kick your foot to either side of the hitch receiver to actually get the sensors to pick up the motion.

If that doesn't work, sometimes the sensors can be relocated or adjusted so the hitch doesn't interfere with them. Honda does offer Power Liftgate Sensor Relocation Brackets for other models (like the CR-V), so I recommend contacting your local Honda dealer to see if that's an option for you.
