The Curt Q25 Replacement Head # C16565 is not compatible with the legs on your Curt Q16 hitch # C16120. You would need to replace it with a completely new 5th wheel hitch; the unit that fits in the universal standard base rails can be found with part # C16265. If you've got a truck with an OEM puck package in it, just let me know what the Y/M/M of the truck is and I can help you find a Q25 hitch that would work in the pucks.
The good news about this is that you could sell your old hitch to help offset the costs of the new one, so it wouldn't be a complete loss.
