Removal of Rubber Isolator to Install Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch on 2020 Acura RDX

Question:
The rear hanger bushing has 2 silver prongs and the opposite single red prong. Which way to pry off..pry off with silver prongs or red prong. Push to front of car or rear. Im putting a hitch on for a bike rack. Id really appreciate your time and expertise to answer. Thank you... my Christmas gift waits to be installed??

When installing the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76268 on your 2020 Acura RDX you will remove the rubber isolator from the silver prongs (hanger) with either exhaust removal pliers or a simple pry bar.
