I have Round Yakima Cross bars on my Dodge Ram Promaster City. Can this be fitted to round cross bars, or are they only able to fit on aero bars?

You can absolutely use the Yakima RoadShower Portable Solar Shower for Roof Racks # Y29VR on round cross bars. This portable shower fits round, aero, and square crossbars so you only need to make sure the round bars on your Ram ProMaster are spaced between 32" and 80" apart.
If you want a standard shower head attachment with the # Y29VR you can add one with the FlexHead Shower Head for Yakima RoadShower - 19" Long # Y04104 or 30" Long # Y04106.
