Comparing the Replacement 1-1/4 Shanks for Thule T2 Bike Racks

Question:
I want to make sure that this replacement piece allow me to tilt the rack to give me access to my trunk while the rack is hang it in place with the bikes. because you guys offer two different option on the website, but I don’t know which is the differences among them. I have the TH9045 Option 1: Replacement 1-1/4inch Hitch and Backbone Assembly for Thule T2 Classic 2-Bike Platform Rack. Option2: Replacement Shank for Thule T2 2-Bike Racks for 1-1/4inch Trailer Hitches. Thanks

The Replacement 1-1/4" Hitch and Backbone Assembly for Thule T2 Classic 2-Bike Platform Rack part # 753370902 is a fit for a Thule T2 Classic (9045). It tilts for access into the trunk/hatch.
