How to Determine if Older Trailer Hubs Could Fit on Axle 8327830

Question:
I have a 1994 equipment trailer from Custom Trailers in Atlanta GA. My hubs are the older style for hollow wheel centers, 8 - 14.5 rims. Will my existing hubs work on this new axle? My trailer is tandem 6k lb. axles. Rear axle is bent. I would like to order today. Thanks

What you have is an older style of trailer hub but it could potentially work on the axle # 8327830 but you'd have to check first. Pull the hub off of the axle and measure the spindle diameter where the bearings ride. If you get the diameters 1.25 inch and 1.75 inch then your hub would work. Or you could pull the bearings out and get the numbers off of them. If they are 25580 and 15123 that would work as well.
