Can this hose be buried?

Yes. The AquaFresh High Pressure Heated Fresh Water Supply Hose - 120V - 1/2" x 50' - Blue # W01-5350 can be buried underground, but I do recommend not burying under a great deal of dirt as it could constrict the flow of the hose.
