The front glass section of the Greystone 32" Electric Fireplace with Crystals # 324-000076 needs to be lifted straight up to release the mechanism that holds it to the main assembly of the fireplace.
If you check out the picture I attached you'll see how the latch mechanism works to give you an idea.
