North wood told me my 2002 Nash 22H trailer has a Dexter axle # 1043, I’m looking for a wheel bearing kit for it for the 4 wheels, do you know what I need? Thank you

The 1043 doesn't give me any cross-reference information on your axle. I did look up the trailer based on year/make model and can determine you will have 3,500 lb axles. That makes it easy to determine bearings because Dexter only has one option for that size regarding bearing kit.
You will want the # BK2-100 bearing kit for each wheel.
