The 165/65-8 tire will work just fine in place of a 215/60-8 tire so you should not have any issues so long as you mind the load range ratings. The Loadstar K399 Bias Trailer Tire part # AM1HP22 and Kenda 165/65-8 Bias Trailer Tire with 8" White Wheel part # AM3H200 are both excellent options with load range c ratings (800 lbs).
