The Air Lift AirLift 1000 Air Helper Springs for Coil Springs - Rear # AL60818 is a fit for your 2019 Ram 1500 Classic Bighorn. Then to add a compressor, I recommend using the Air Lift Air Shock Controller Compressor System for Air Shock Absorbers - 160 psi # AL25804 which gives you the in cab adjustment you mentioned.
