Is this product guaranteed to fit 2020 BMW X3?

Yes. The Draw-Tite # 76226 has been confirmed as a fit on the 2020 BMW X3 and will provide you with a concealed cross tube that is well hidden behind the bumper, so it's going to be hardly noticeable once it's installed.

If you're going to be towing with this hitch, you will also need a wiring harness. I recommend using the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # 119250KIT because it doesn't require any of your vehicle's factory wires to be cut or spliced. It uses sensors that are clamped on top of those wires to sense the current passing through, and is a great, non-invasive wiring harness that will provide you with a 4 way connector for a trailer.

To round out your towing package I recommend using the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900 since it comes with multiple ball mounts and hitch balls to cover a variety of different towing setups you might encounter. This is a great choice if you don't already have a trailer and don't know what you'll need, or you've got multiple small trailers that you tow.
