In order to use the etrailer XHD Non-Binding Tow Bar part # e94ZR on a 2001 Ford F-350 you'd need the Demco Classic Base Plate Kit part # DM9517109. In order to complete the flat-tow setup you'll need a few other things which I have attached below.
