Question:
I have a 7600 # GVWR travel trailer with dual axles Are the current tires ST205/75R14 6 ply sufficient for this application?

A 6 ply rated tire roughly translates to a load range C, so that's probably what you have right now.
A load range B in the ST205/75-14 size has a 1430 lb per tire capacity for a 5720 lb capacity for 4 tires which wouldn't come close to your GVWR. A load range C gets a bit closer with a 1760 lb per tire/ 7040 per 4 tire capacity and a load range D (which is what I'd recommend) has a 2200 lbs per tire/ 8800 for 4 tire capacity.
If your actual loaded weight of the trailer is less than the 7040 total capacity of the load range C tires, you could get by with those, but I prefer so see some wiggle room in case you want to throw some extra sandwiches and libations (and other less-important gear) into the travel trailer. Knowing your fully loaded and ready to tow trailer weight is good information to have.
If the load range C tire would work for you, the Taskmaster # TR20514 Provider tire you looked at would be a great choice. Taskmaster makes a great product, and they are trusted enough that many RV manufacturers choose Provider as their OEM tires.
For a load range D, I'd highly recommend the Kenda Karrier part # AM10235. As mentioned above, 4 tires would cover up to 8800 lbs of trailer weight, so it would offer the necessary cushion over and above your 7600 GVWR.
