Question:

I intend to buy a Roadmaster Base Plate kit #521434-1, for my 2012 Jeep liberty Limited Jet which has skid plates. I would like to buy at the same time the receiver covers but I see there are 2 sizes: 1 1/2inch RM-210 and the 1 1/4inch RM-212 . The measurements are inside diameter. Which is the correct size for my Jeeps base plates?

You will need to use Base Plate Receiver Covers, # RM-210, because the inner diameter of the holes is 1-1/2 inches. I have also included a link to the installation instructions for the base plates for you and a helpful link to our series of articles on flat towing.
