Will the Curt Hitch C13352 for a 2004 Ford F-150 Fit With Hitch Ball In Bumper

Question:
item states not good with factory installed towing package. I have a bumper with a ball on it now, is that what this statement means?

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13352 is a fit for a 2004 Ford F-150 but only models without the factory frame mounted trailer hitch. The towable bumper will not be an issue and you can keep your ball installed as well.
