Question:
Is there an adapter 1.25 to 2.0 that doesn’t reduce the tongue weight. Just looking at putting my bike rack on my Prius. 2 - 50 pound bikes and the rack is about 50 pounds. Thanks

The best option to use a 2" bike rack on a 2013 Toyota Prius is to install the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 306-X7178 because it is the only trailer hitch for this vehicle with a 2" receiver tube opening. There is an option to use a 2" bike rack with a 1-1/4" trailer hitch using a hitch expander like the Brophy Hitch Expander part # HTAD but these ALL reduce tongue weight capacity.
If you have two 50 lb bikes and a 50 lb rack the larger 2" trailer hitch is your only option.
