what is the length and the OD of the head ? where did you measure it ?

The Replacement Spring Bar for Curt Round Bar Weight Distribution System - 800-1,000 lbs TW # C17115 is 1-1/2 inches diameter at the head and 30-5/8 inches long. I've attached a photo of the measurement location to assist.
