Replacement shank # P306 is designed to fit the Swagman XC series bike racks, not the XTC series. Since you have an XTC-2, # S64670, you would need to use replacement shank # P316. To secure the shanks to the trailer hitch you will need threaded pin and clip # P5902 if you do not already have them.
