Hi I have 8810135 Yakima SnapAround Mounting Brackets SNARs - Round and Square QTY 4 Item # Y8810135. I need the carriage bolts and nuts. Where can I buy. Please provide me link and part number.

While I do not have them available for purchase separately the Yakima SnapAround Mounting Brackets part # Y8860081 uses 5/16" carriage bolts and nuts. These can be sourced at your local hardware store. Stainless would be the best option to prevent corrosion or rusting.
