There is a ladder rack that will work with the Tonno Pro Lo-Roll Soft Tonneau Cover part TPLR-3075 on a 1999 Ford F-150, the Adarac Aluminum Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack part # A4001222 and the Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack part # A4000947 are the two best options.
These ladder racks both install inside the stake pocket openings so they won't interfere with a tonneau cover that mounts inside the bed rails. The ladder rack are also both made of aluminium so they are both durable and lightweight.
