To replace your rusted/corroded wheels and ST225/75R15 tires on your 2001 Sundowner 2 horse gooseneck trailer, I highly recommend the Provider ST225/75R15 Trailer Tire with Black Viking Aluminum Wheel - 6 on 5-1/2 # A225R6BMMFL for a speed rating if 81 mph .
These have a 2,540-lb maximum load rating at 65 psi, for a combined 10,160 lbs, which is more than enough to support your tandem axle 2-horse Sundowner trailer, which according to my research has a 8,050 GVWR .
It features a 15" x 6" rustproof aluminum wheel with a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern, just like you need and because it's aluminum, you don't have to worry about them ever rusting out. For the correct size lug nuts, you can use part # 12CLN.
The tire/wheel combo is also rated for a max speed of 81 mph (speed rating M), perfect for highway use.
