Question:
I bought a used 2016 redwood 5th wheel which has the trail air pin box. In my information with the trailer there was no info on this pin box for set up of air pressure etc. I tried to open the installers info on this and it only shows errors. Could you send me this information, please. 328492 Lippert Components LCI Flexair by Trail Air Fifth Wheel Kingpin Box for Lippert 1621. 1621 is on my sticker. thank you,

Expert Reply:
The Trailair Flex Air 5th Wheel Pin Box - Lippert 1621 - 18,000 lbs # LC328492 should be inflated to between 20 and 120 psi. There isn't a specific pressure the manufacturer suggests but rather that the sticker on the front shock absorber with the arrow pointing to a line as shown in the attached photo and replacement shock # LC177223 when the trailer is at rest while connected.
