Question:

who do you fasten rails to the box. the rubber pocket fasteners dont seam to work on the front pockets.

When installing your Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack part # TH43002XT-782 onto your 2020 Silverado 1500 the front stake pockets are a little larger. In this case it is generally best to expand them by about 25 percent before putting them in to the pockets. This will prevent them spinning in the pocket preventing them from expanding out and getting a proper hold.

If you still have issues after trying this please let me know so we can figure out what is going on. The attached video will show the arrangement of the bolt, spacer, rubber and nut at the 3:00 mark.
