9500468 M-3 Enclosed Trailer Ramp Conventional Springs - Dual Spring - 160 lbs - 94 Hello , My trailer door spring is going bad and has only one spring door system . My door is 80 inches wide with inside opening of 78 inch. I would like to go to a two spring two pully system . So my question is , Can the pullies for the cable be set at 78 inch.

Yes they can. The Conventional Ramp Door Spring for 8' Wide Enclosed Trailer - Dual Spring part # ERS160D96 that you looked at is designed to accommodate a wide range of door openings. You can use the same attachment points your current door spring uses and have the added benefit of dual springs and cables. Any excess you may have on the cross tube can be cut to accommodate your trailer.
