If I have a half backbike rack, can I order parts to convert it to a fullback?

You can absolutely turn your Yakima HalfBack bike rack, either the 2-bike model # Y02636 or 3-bike model # Y02635 into a Yakima FullBack # Y02634 or # Y02633. The only difference between the two, apart from the color, is that the FullBack come with a steel-reinforced strap which stores inside your vehicle to protect it from theft, as well as a cable lock to secure your bikes to the rack. These are security measures which you can add to your HalfBack by adding the following parts:

- Security Strap for Yakima Trunk Mounted Bike Carrier # Y02623
- Yakima Cable Lock # Y07233
- Yakima Same Key System (SKS) Lock Cores # Y07202

Adding these parts is going to add security to help protect the investments you made in the bike rack as well as your bikes. I've added links to video reviews for you to check out as well.
