Trying to find an area to install front kayak tether on a 2017 Honda CR V.....any suggestions?

If you aren't able to find a suitable location to secure your kayak to your 2017 Honda CR-V then that's when we need alternative tie-down anchors. I really like the Malone Hood Loops # MPG308 which you place under the hood each time you need to load your kayak up, or the Thule Hood Loops # TH529 which are more of a permanent installation and are the better choice if you go kayaking on a regular basis.
I have attached review videos of both products as well as an installation video of the etrailer Kayak Carrier # e98878 on a 2015 Honda CR-V that you can reference. We use the same kind of anchor system with our kit so you can see how it will look once installed.
