Question:
Is there a replacement boot for the 5th wheel adapter that is taller. My trailer king pin hitch hits the bed side walls when I turn too sharp.

There is not a replacement part for the Convert-A-Ball Cushioned 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter # CAB-C5G, as this is only designed to be adjustable from 12" to 16" from the top of the gooseneck ball to the base of the king pin box. The Convert-A-Ball Cushioned 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter with Offset # CAB-C5GX1216 has 7-1/2" of offset which may be enough to push the pin box back far enough so the part of the trailer that is hitting the rails can avoid it.
The only other potential option for you to continue using your fifth wheel trailer with a gooseneck hitch is to remove the Convert-A-Ball and add the Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # DM8550045.
The Recon has height settings which are adjustable from 15-1/2", 17-1/4", and 18" which is going to be the only way to add more height. I have added a link to a video review for you to check out as well of the Recon.
