Does this bike rack require the purchase of both the cable and matching key system or just the key system?

The Yakima FullBack 3 Bike Rack # Y02633 have the locks for both the rack and the bikes.
I have added links to video reviews for you to check out, and also keep in mind you'll need Bike Frame Adapter Bar # Y02531 if your bike is dual-suspension, has a step-through frame or you want to carry a small children's bike. The bar will give those bikes a horizontal mounting point so they can be carried by the rack.
