Can I make this work with an existing Trac Rack system on f-250? My trac rack has the 3rd slide trackinch on the inside of the rails. Thoughts? Thanks,

I have a solution for you, but the Access # 834532000982 has not been confirmed as a fit with any of the ladder racks we offer, and you're going to run into issues because of the raised profile of this tonneau when it comes to ladder rack compatibility. Also, if you have a Thule TracRac like the # TH27000XTB there is not a tonneau cover that is going to work for it since it mounts inside the bed rails and would use the only available mounting position for the tonneau cover.
However, if you have a TracRac SR Sliding Truck Rack like the # TH43003XT-510EX we can confirm that the BAK Revolver X4s Hard Tonneau Cover - Roll Up - Aluminum and Vinyl # BAK57ZR will work with the Thule TracRac SR, which is what it sounds like you likely have. This cover provides you with the flexibility of a soft tonneau and the durability of a hard tonneau that will look great on your 2006 Ford F-250.
