Rain, snow, and sun can wear down lesser covers, letting water and grime creep into your bed. The LiteRider uses double-coated, reinforced UV-blocking vinyl that stays flexible down to -40°F and won’t fade or shrink no matter the temperature. A reinforced flap along the tailgate helps seal out dust and moisture, keeping your gear clean and dry through every season.
When you need to carry tall or bulky cargo, just peel back the Velcro sides and roll the cover toward the cab. It stores neatly behind the cab using Quick Clip straps and tough nylon buckles, so you can open up the entire bed in seconds. The aircraft-grade aluminum bows support the cover and make rolling it up smooth and quick.

Once unrolled, the AutoLatch automatically grabs and holds the cover closed—no wrestling with snaps or zippers. Pull the cord for one-handed release when it’s time to load up again. For extra peace of mind, a slide lock on the opposite side adds another layer of security while still letting the tailgate operate normally.

Weather changes can loosen some covers, but not this one. The EZ-Dial system at the front lets you fine-tune the cover tension by hand—no tools needed. Just twist the dial to tighten or relax the fit so the vinyl stays smooth and snug in any conditions.

The contoured, black powder-coated aluminum rails resist rust and mount inside the bed rails for a low, streamlined profile that sits 1-1/2" above the bed. Tight Bite clamps lock the rails in place with teeth that bite into the ridges for a secure hold. You still have access to stake pockets for tie-downs or bed accessories, and the smooth Slantback design adds a sleek finish that looks like it belongs on the truck.

Hi Lee, Thank you for your comment. The owners manual for the cover says that if the latch system doesnt engage, then the first step is to check the side rails for height and level, referring back to a step in the initial setup process, as well as inspecting the latches for jammed or broken parts.

Cover is showing wear from being rolled up to tow 5th wheel. Even with it strapped tight. Hoping it doesnt wear through
