Does the mattress accommodate for the seat slopelower to the rear of the seatto make it level when inflated?,Thanks

There's nothing on the mattress that will level out the rear of that seat as is slopes towards the back - it will slope along with it. What you could do is simply lay a couple small pillows beneath it to keep it completely level.
