Hi will a truck bed bike rack work in the bed of a 2020 raptor that has a tonneau cover? I also would like a tonneau cover but would like some recommendations. I want something that will offer cargo protection Thank you

I'm happy to recommend a tonneau cover and we can get you a bike rack for your 2020 Ford F-150 Raptor, but there is no way to use a truck-bed bike rack with a tonneau cover as they will interfere with each other.
So let's start with the tonneau, and since you want to ensure protection for your truck bed, the best option is definitely a locking cover, and for that I highly recommend the RetraxONE MX Hard Tonneau Cover # RT60373.
As for a bike rack on your 2020 Ford F-150 Raptor, this is going to require a hitch-mounted rack. For that you'd need to start with a trailer hitch receiver if you don't have one, the Trailer Hitch Receiver # C86HR.
Then for a bike rack, if you are simply looking for a budget-friendly option that you'll use from time to time I recommend the Swagman XC 2-Bike Rack # S64650, or for a more premium option, the Yakima HoldUp 2-Bike Rack # Y02443.
