Question:
I have a 2011 4x4 Silverado 2500 HD - 6.5 foot bed with a Super Hitch double slot. Trading this truck for a new 2020 GMC 4x4 1500 with same 6.5 foot bed. Will my old hitch fit the new truck? Thank you.

Expert Reply:
There was a big enough difference between the 2011 and 2020 Chevy Silverado trucks that a new hitch fit had to be made from Torklift. We don't have a fit from Torklift at this time (April 2020) but we do have the high capacity Curt hitch # C15307 as a fit that has a 2,000 lb tongue weight capacity and a 16,000 lb total trailer weight capacity.
