Question:

do you know if my plug 7 and the boat has a 4 plug i use the adaptor but my question is do you know if the plug on the 2015 f150 with max tow. will have the correct wiring for the surge break on the boat trailer?

I'm pretty confident that the 7-Way at the back of your 2015 Ford F-150 is wired correctly to match with the 4-Way on your boat trailer. Attached is a photo showing what the typical pin functions are for a 7-Way. You can verify that with a tester or just use the Hopkins Endurance Flex Trailer Connector Adapter # HM47390 which uses a built-in LED circuit tester to easily help you ensure that all of your wiring is matching up.
