Does QuickTrim Hub Cover Fit Wheel With Lug Nut Lock

Question:
I have 5 on 4-1/2 wheels with four short lugnuts and one taller lug nut lock, will this cover fit over these and still snap on? Thank you See picture attached

The Phoenix USA QuickTrim Hub Cover for Trailer Wheels - 5 on 4-1/2 - ABS Plastic # PXQT545BHS is designed to specifically fit over 1/2" lug nuts and not the longer lug not locks. So if you wanted to use this or any other hub cover you would need to remove the lug nut lock and replace it with its 1/2" lug nut.
