Roof Rack Recommendation for 2019 Ram 1500 with Panoramic Roof

Question:
I want to have a permanent track attached to the roof of my 2019 RAM 1500. It has a panoramic roof and side curtain air bags. Is it ok to drill into the roof to attach the tracks. I’m assuming the installer will know where to drill.

For a roof setup like what you have on your 2019 Ram 1500 I would much rather recommend you a roof rack that installs by grabbing the door frames like the Yakima Corebar rack part numbers # Y00423, # Y28TR, # Y06135 as we know this will work great on your truck and wouldn't possibly interfere with the panoramic roof or side air bags. Plus there's no permanent modification to the truck either.
