When you aren't towing or hauling I do recommend disconnecting the TorkLift StableLoad Rear Suspension Upgrade with Quick-Disconnects # TLA7310 on your 2011 Ford F-150 because leaving them engaged will cause your unloaded ride to be very rigid. The overload springs are basically designed to help keep your truck from bottoming out when there is an extremely heavy load in the bed, so if you keep them engaged it causes your suspension to become rigid, which is transferred over to your ride quality.
If you are wanting to install a system that you install and forget about then I recommend going with either a RoadActive Suspension (RAS) Leaf Spring Kit, or a SuperSprings SumoSprings Kit. These work to gradually increase suspension help as heavier loads are placed on your pickup.
The RAS kit installs on top of your leaf spring stack and you'll need part # RAS3611 for 2WD or part # RAS3611-Y for 4WD.
The SumoSprings replace your factory bump stop and you'll need part # SSR-116-47 for 2WD or part # SSR-117-47 for 4WD.
I have attached some installation videos for you to check out. Please note that the StableLoad # TLA7311 will not fit your 2011 F-150.
