We have a 2000 forest river popup will these fit?

I can tell you how to determine if the Lippert steps you asked about will fit your trailer (it's really easy, I promise), though we don't have any way of knowing what steps that will fit a model year 2000 pop-up trailer.
All you need to do os measure to ensure you have enough room for the mounting bracket to fit. For example, the Lippert Manual Pull-Out Step for RVs # LC432687 you asked about has mounting bracket dimensions of 27-1/2" wide x 14" tall x 12" deep.
