Which Circuit of 7-Way is Power Circuit for Powering Curt Echo Mobile Brake Controller

Question:

2016 Kia Sorento, and 2000 Chevy S10 What pole on the 7 pin trailer connector do I need to attach the 12 volt wire, and ground?

The 1:00 pin of the 7-way trailer wiring connector is the circuit for the 12 volt charge circuit that Curt Echo Mobile # C51180 draws power from. The ground circuit of the 7-way is the pin in the 7:00 position. I attached a diagram that shows all of the 7-way circuits as well. All the Echo needs to be active is 12 volt, ground, and lighting.
