Does Curt Hitch for 2019 Subaru Impreza Require Rear Panel Cutting

Question:

Hello, I have a 2019 impreza sedan, i saw on youtube you need to cut the metal plate above the exhaust in order for one particular hitch to fit. Is it the same for this hitch? Any cutting needed? I do have a lease and prefer not to cut anything on the vehicle besides widening the wholes for the hardware. I will post pictures below of the piece in the video thats was cut.

There's no fascia or panel cutting needed to install the Curt Hitch part # C11465 that you referenced on your 2019 Subaru Impreza. You'll just need to enlarge the frame holes like you mentioned.
