For your 2020 Kia Telluride we have Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # CU94FR . This offers a 4-way flat trailer connector. It is easily installed and includes a powered converter. I'v linked an installation video for you.
If you have the need for a 7-way connector the etrailer 7-Way Upgrade Kit part # ETBC7L with the No-Drill Mount Bracket part # 18136 to add the three additional circuits for 12-volt power, brake controller and reverse signal if needed.
