Yes, the Demco Hijacker Premier Series Above-Bed Base Rails # DM8552025-71 will fit both your 2015 Ram 2500 (6-1/2' or 8' bed) and the 13K Demco Hijacker Autoslide # DM8550040 that you're currently using.
If you don't already have a 7-Way plug in the bed of your pickup you might also be interested in the Bargman # 50-97-410 to make connecting/disconnecting your trailer wiring much easier.
