I have several bike rack options that are compatible with the Yakima LockNLoad Platform Roof Tray # Y05045, but the HighRoad # Y02114 isn't one of them.
Below is a list of compatible roof bike carriers for the LockNLoad:
Yakima HighSpeed # Y02115 (can attach with included rubber coated steel straps, or with optional SmarT-slot kit # Y02122 sold separately)
Yakima FrontLoader # Y02103
Yakima ForkLift # Y02098
Yakima WheelHouse # Y02108
The FrontLoader # Y02103 is going to be your best option if you're wanting a wheel mount bike carrier, like the HighRoad. I've attached a video for you to check out at the bottom of the page.
