I'll start off by saying that typically the flashing green lights on your MaxxFan # MA00-04000K means that there is some sort of voltage issue and even though when you tested you're getting what seems to be proper voltage, I would guess there is a short on the circuit that is causing the problem.
I would recommend checking to make sure that the ground is properly attached to an area of the coach that is free from dirt, debris and corrosion. This would also be a good time to make sure that the connection with the 12v power wire is good and not going in and out because of a poor connection.
If both of these check out, it's possible that your circuit board is going bad. To replace the circuit board on your MaxxFan # MA00-04000K you can use part # MA10A21276K.

Just tagging along on an existing thread here... I have been running my 7500 model for the past 4 years and within the last year have been experiencing this flashing green light / shutoff symptom. The fan seems to function normally up to 30% speed, both exhaust and intake, but when speeding up to 40% capacity I'm met with the green light symptom. Resetting does not fix the issue, and I have just replaced the circuit board which did not remediate the problem. All wiring is good and proper voltage is reaching the fan unit. I'm wondering what my next step would be - possibly replacing the fan motor? Any and all recommendations are appreciated, cheers.
