Our maxair only works with the remote. The fan mounted panel no longer functions. No light, no sound. The remote operates it fine.

Since your MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent, part # MA00-07500K or # MA00-07000K, works with the remote it sounds like your circuit board is working just fine and you just need to replace the keypad with part # MA10-21304K.
