Yes they do! I can confirm the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Chevy/GMC # C16418-104 do fit your 2008 GMC Sierra 2500. These are the same as the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Chevy/GMC # C16418-204, with the only difference between the two parts being the finish of the base rails:
- Gloss Black Finish: Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Chevy/GMC - Gloss Finish # C16418-104
- Carbide Black Finish: Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Chevy/GMC - Carbide Finish # C16418-204
