Will c13042 fit 2000 GMC 3500 without drilling?

Yes, the Curt hitch part # C13042 is a confirmed fit for your 2000 GMC 3500 and does not require drilling! The spare will need to be temporarily lowered to install the hitch but aside from that it basically just bolts into place.
